2. About Our Organisation

International Kid's Fashion Zimbabwe is a non-profit platform dedicated to discovering, celebrating and developing young talent through fashion and international opportunities. We are committed to operating with integrity, transparency and child safety as core principles.

3. Applications & Eligibility

Model and designer applications are reviewed at our discretion. For all applicants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the application and provide explicit consent. We may request proof of relationship or consent to verify applications.

4. Parent / Guardian Consent

No child under 18 will participate in any event, casting, shoot or public profile without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. Our Photography & Media Consent requirements always apply.

5. Child Protection

The safeguarding of children is non-negotiable. We follow safeguarding guidelines in all activities, never publish a child's private contact or home details, and require appropriate supervision and consent at all times. We reserve the right to decline or remove any participation that may put a child at risk.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to access restricted areas, tamper with content, or collect personal information of children inappropriately. All content on the site is provided for information and enjoyment.

7. Events & Participation

Event dates, locations, designers, models and details may change. We will notify participants of any changes where possible. Attendance is subject to our safeguarding and consent requirements, and parents/guardians are responsible for their child during events unless otherwise arranged.

8. Donations & Support

Donations and support are valued and used to further our mission of creating opportunities for young talent. We are transparent about how contributions are used. No specific outcome is guaranteed for any donation, gift or sponsorship.

9. Intellectual Property

Photographs, designs, text and branding on this website belong to International Kid's Fashion Zimbabwe or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

10. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding event details, third-party statements, or outcomes of applications. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Participation in modelling and fashion events carries ordinary risks, which parents and guardians acknowledge and accept when consenting.
