1. Our Commitment
International Kid's Fashion Zimbabwe works with children and young people. We take a child-first approach to privacy: we collect only the information necessary to consider applications and run events, and we never publicly display a child's private contact details, home address or school information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect parent/guardian names and contact details, and for model applications: child's name, age, country, city, measurements, modelling experience, fashion interests and portfolio links. Sensitive information is only accessed by authorised administrators.
3. Parent / Guardian Consent
For any child under 18, we require explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian before we process an application, use photographs or video, or publish any public profile. Consent can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
4. Photographs & Video
Images and video of children are only used with parental consent and in line with our Photography & Media Consent policy. We never publish a child's private details alongside their image without permission.
