No child under 18 participates in any event, casting, shoot or public profile without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Application
A parent or guardian applies on the child's behalf, sharing a few details and interests. Consent is confirmed before anything goes any further.

Shortlisted families are invited to castings and friendly prep sessions. Our team guides your child through the process with patience and encouragement.

Child Safety
We follow safeguarding guidelines in all our activities. Children are always supervised by their parent or guardian, our team and approved volunteers at every event and shoot.
Parental Consent
Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before a child's application, images, video or public profile. Consent can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
Photography & Video
Images and video are only used with parental consent and in line with our Photography & Media Consent policy. We never pair a child's image with private contact details.
Privacy
We never publicly display a child's personal or home details, and sensitive application information is only accessible to authorised administrators.

Event Participation
Event dates, locations and details may change. We notify participants of any changes where possible, and parents or guardians are responsible for their child during events unless otherwise arranged.

For international showcases we support families with clear guidance on travel, documentation and requirements well in advance, so you always feel prepared.

Is modelling safe for my child?
Your child's safety and confidence come first. Children are always accompanied by a parent or guardian, and our team and volunteers follow strict safeguarding guidelines at every activity.
How are my child's photos and information used?
Images and video are only used with your consent, in line with our Photography & Media Consent and Privacy policies. We never display a child's private details alongside their image, and sensitive information is only seen by authorised staff.
Can I withdraw my consent later?
Absolutely. Consent can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time by contacting us. We respond to all such requests promptly and with care.
